Report a bug or pitch an idea from inside Proliferate, and hear back by email.
The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app. There are two windows: Send feedback for bugs and problems, and Submit a prompt for things you want built. Both reply to you by email.
Open it
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu, then choose Send feedback or Submit a prompt. You can also press Command S (Ctrl S on Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app, or run Open Support from the command palette, to jump straight to Send feedback.
Both windows need a signed-in Cloud session so your report can upload. If the menu items are greyed out, sign in first.
Send feedback
Describe what happened in the text box, then attach anything that helps — drag, drop, or paste screenshots and files, or browse for them (up to 25 MB each, 100 MB total). A few optional toggles:

| Include app logs | Attaches app logs with the report. On by default. |
Diagnostics for your most recent workspace (or app-only if you have none) are bundled in automatically, so you don't need to file a GitHub issue for the same thing. Diagnostics and attachments stay private either way.
Submit a prompt
Have an idea for Proliferate? Write it as a prompt for a coding agent — what you want to see and how it should behave. If we like it, we run it and merge the result. Turn on Credit me if this merges to attach your name or handle.
Where replies go
Updates go to your account email. Both windows show the address they'll use above the Send button; click change to send them somewhere else, and we remember that for future reports. Urgent reports get a reply by tomorrow, and "let me know when you fix this" reports email you once the fix ships.
