Proliferate's Bugs for Dinner Guarantee

Report a bug that doesn't get fixed in 24 hours, and we'll buy you dinner.

A

How do I report a bug?

Open the Support tool inside Proliferate and file a report. Include steps to reproduce - the more detail, the better.
B

What counts as a bug?

Something that causes a feature listed in our docs to stop working. Feature requests, unreleased functionality, and outages outside our control don't qualify.
C

What counts as 24 hours?

End of next business day. Bugs reported after 6 pm count as the following morning - so 6:30 pm Tuesday means the fix is due by end of Thursday. Same rule applies over weekends.
D

What's the prize?

If we miss the window, we send you $50 or cover a dinner-your call. No form to fill out. We reach out to you proactively once we know we've missed it.

Eligibility

Open to customers with an active Proliferate account. Bugs must be reported through the in-app Support feature. Only bugs we classify as P0 or P1 severity qualify.

First to report claims it. The first person to report a given issue is eligible for the payout. Duplicate or substantially similar reports of the same underlying bug are consolidated and count once.

We determine severity. Whether a report qualifies as P0 or P1 is our determination, using the published scoring criteria. We may raise a severity, never lower a qualifying one.

Good faith required. Reports must be genuine and submitted in good faith. We reserve the right to deny payment to - or remove from the program - anyone submitting automated, manufactured, duplicate, or otherwise abusive reports.

Exclusions. Unreleased or beta features, third-party outages, issues in your own environment, and events outside our reasonable control don't qualify.

Right to change terms. We may modify or end this guarantee at any time; changes apply going forward.
